Diversity and Inclusion: Walking the Talk

Recorded Webinar
60-90 minutes

According to the Pew Research Center, the United States will not have a single racial or ethnic majority by 2055.  Increasing diversity will provide opportunities to create large-scale social change for leaders prepared to collaborate across differences.  This kind of collaborative problem solving will also require a different set of leadership skills. This session explored leadership strategies that advance racial equity and inclusion in foundations and their partners, including the ability to see the larger system, foster reflection and more generative conversations, and shift the collective focus from reactive problem-solving to co-creating proactive solutions.

  • Examine structural inequalities and dynamics in philanthropy
  • Identify opportunities to foster inclusion in your organization or community
  • Learn strategies for collaborating with diverse populations

INTENDED AUDIENCES:  This webinar is ideal for:

  • CEOs/Executive Director
  • Cabinet Level Executives
  • Program Directors and Managers
  • Foundation Program Officers
  • Board Members/Trustees
