Are there really jobs available in the nonprofit sector? According to Barbara, statistics show that nonprofit employees make up 10.7% of the American workforce, up from 10.1% in 2011. This shows a steady increase in the number of nonprofit jobs, with organizations increasing staff size and turnover declining.
